Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our Turkish cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and safety, with experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment. As a Pizza/Baker Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious meals, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of Turkish style Breads to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and timely service. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety practices. Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic maintenance as required. Help create an enjoyable dining experience for guests through exceptional culinary presentation.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or kitchen /Pizza setting. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in meal preparation. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A passion for culinary arts and creativity in developing new dishes is highly desirable.
