Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient food production and preparation processes. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences. Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and hospitality standards. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock. Assist with cooking during peak service times to maintain efficiency and quality.

Pay: 12.21-19.42 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
