We are looking for a Planned Works Co-ordinator to join our team in Milton Keynes to support with the delivery of complex repairs by delivering effective resource management. This is a full-time permanent contract.

Key essential requirements of the role:

• Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
• Experience of working within agreed performance targets
• Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures, and accurately record data and information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Experience of working with databases
• Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Educated to NVQ II or equivalent GCSEs.

Desirable requirements:

• Experience of scheduling work
• Experience of working with subcontractors

We know that flexibility is important, for this role we offer hybrid working with three office-based days and two days of remote working.
