J ob Description

Tankup is seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Head to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fabrication and the automobile industry, coupled with a proven track record of problem-solving and driving results. With extensive on-ground plant manufacturing experience, the Plant Head will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our production facilities, while also spearheading initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership aligning manufacturing operations with company objectives.

Oversee all plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and cost management.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Lead supplier and vendor management for quality sourcing and relationships.

Proactively solve production issues to maximize productivity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.

Minimum 10 years in manufacturing with 5 years in leadership roles.

Strong background in fabrication and automobile industry.

Demonstrated track record of achieving results in a dynamic environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead high-performing teams.

Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards.
