We're now expanding our team and looking for a skilled Plant or Agricultural Mechanic, or someone eager to become a Tiltrotator Installation Engineer. Whether you're experienced or ready to learn, this is your chance to join a forward-thinking company doing things differently.

Role Overview

This hybrid role combines mechanical maintenance, diagnostics, and Rototilt installation/service. You'll work on a variety of machinery, from plant to agricultural, and be trained to install, calibrate, and support tiltrotator systems.

The position is based near Helston, with some travel across the South West for installations, servicing, and product training. Some remote/field-based work is included.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and repair a mixed fleet of plant and agri machinery
Respond to breakdowns and fault-find unfamiliar equipment
Diagnose issues using tools like Jaltest Diagnostic Systems*

Install, service, and calibrate Rototilt tiltrotators*

Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
Provide basic training and support to end-users
Assist the sales team with technical input and quoting
Keep accurate service reports and records
Attend Rototilt training sessions and industry trade shows(optional)
What We're Looking For

Experience as a Plant or Agricultural Mechanic*

Solid hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills
Familiarity with warranty processes and technical documents
Ability to read service manuals and mechanical diagrams
A "first-time fix" mentality and high attention to detail
Relevant qualifications or certifications (preferred)
HGV experience is a bonus
Good communication skills and reliability
Full UK driving licence (essential)
No Tiltrotator Experience? No Problem.

Pay: 35,000.00-50,000.00 per year
