Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Plot Sales Paralegal to join a professional services team in Glasgow or Edinburgh . This role involves supporting the legal department with a focus on property transactions and client service excellence
- Manage plot sales transactions from instruction to completion.
- Draft and prepare legal documentation, including contracts and transfers.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as required.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
- Assist with property-related queries and manage deadlines effectively.
- Support fee earners with additional tasks related to plot sales.
A successful Plot Sales Paralegal should have:
- Previous experience in plot sales or property law within professional services.
- Strong understanding of legal processes and documentation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
