We are looking for a HIGHLY experienced self motivated Plumbing maintenance person. The ideal candidate should be capable of working on their own jobs and within a team. Well organised, polite and customer focused.
Duties
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Maintenance, repair and install: Kitchen and bathroom taps and wastes.
Toilet maintenance, repair and install.
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills to complete tasks efficiently.
Conduct inspections to identify issues with existing plumbing infrastructure.
Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems promptly.
Assist with assembly of plumbing components and related structures.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment during and after projects.
Experience
Time served and have minimum 4 years experience in the above job roles
live in a 10 mile radius of our Cheadle Hulme based office
A full UK driving licence with your own vehicle.
Experience in undertaking other trades would be a bonus.
Proven experience in plumbing installation and repair within residential environments.
NVQ or City and guilds equivalent in plumbing.
Mechanical knowledge of toilet repairs is essential.
Familiarity with assembly processes related to plumbing components is preferred. Candidates should possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while adhering to health and safety standards throughout all projects.
