This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and consistently delivers a high standard of finish. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, as well as part of a team, carrying out plumbing and a wide range of associated multi-trade works.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out domestic plumbing works, including repairs, maintenance and installations Bathroom and kitchen works including tiling Carpentry works such as boxing-in, doors, skirting, architraves and general repairs Making good following plumbing or building works Decorating to a high standard (painting, finishing, touch-ups) Ensuring all work is completed to an excellent standard of finish Maintaining a clean, tidy and professional work area Communicating clearly and professionally with customers

Essential Requirements

Strong plumbing experience (essential) Skilled in tiling, carpentry, making good and decorating Ability to deliver a high-quality finish across all trades Reliable timekeeping Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional and presentable appearance Flexible attitude towards different types of work Ability to maintain a company vehicle

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in plumbing and multi-trade work Clean UK driving licence (up to 6 points considered) Strong work ethic and positive team attitude Own hand tools (certain power tools provided if required) Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of ME17 3EE
