As part of the works delivery team on repairs and planned maintenance, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of quality homes in quality neighbourhoods.
You will share our passion for delivering an excellent service for our customers and will be able to plan and organise your work to ensure that all jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
Teamwork is an essential part of this role, and there's an expectation that our colleagues share best practice and provide support to each other in order to meet the common goals of the team. You will also actively seek out new ways to add value and take our performance to the next level.
So, who are you?
The successful candidate will be an apprentice trained Plumber to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) and have a proven track record of working in a customer focused environment and carrying out the various tasks of Plumbing duties and associated maintenance works
You will also be able to carry out multi-skilling as you will be required to carry out additional trade work to a required standard (this is not intended to mean that you are qualified in an additional trade).
You will also have a full UK driving licence, and ideally have experience of driving a van.
Customer satisfaction is our absolute priority, so you will be able to achieve a high quality of workmanship while working on your own or as part of a team.
You will have excellent communication skills, and feel comfortable managing the expectations of our customers and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Although not essential, experience within the social housing sector would be an advantage.
