Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and fully qualified Plumber to take on the role of Working Site Manager across our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on plumbing expertise with proven site management skills to lead and support teams on active building sites. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations while contributing to the practical delivery of plumbing and other multi-trade tasks.

Strong leadership and organisational skills The ability to work collaboratively within a multi-trade environment Confidence to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the wider team
Experience & Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience as a tradesperson, ideally with experience managing sites Fully qualified plumber Previous experience on residential and commercial building sites Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Full UK driving license required
Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of building sites, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines

Carry out all plumbing installations and maintenance to a high standard Supervise and support on-site teams, ensuring quality control and safety compliance Work collaboratively on multi-trade tasks across sites Ensure all work is delivered to specification, budget, and health & safety regulations Report to project managers and attend site meetings as required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-50,000.00 per year
