Job Description


A leading building society based in Coventry are currently looking for a PMO analyst to join the team on a perm basis. This will be a hybrid role with two days per week required in the Coventry office.

The PMO analyst will facilitate and drive quantification and realisation rigor into the development life cycle of programmes that support the Product Operating Model and the outcomes aligned to the Agile Release Train (ART). The PMO officer will work on tracking value realised across a broad scope of programmes and transformation activities across the agile release trains.

Previous experience working within financial is essential as well as having experience in an Agile environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Understanding of value realisation frameworks
  • Knowledge of agile / scrum
  • Proven track record of working with a cross-functional process or IT delivery team in a large Enterprise environment.
  • Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Understanding of Agile, DevOps and Programme management life cycle methodologies and standards.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and analytical skills across all stakeholder group
  • gather information which will assist in ensuring ART outcomes are correctly defined and translated into a maintained outcome set
  • Along with Lead DMO, and SDMO help support in establishing the ART data set providing data integrity and assurance oversight
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to support the creation of the ARTs/Teams objectives and key results
  • Identify, manage and ensure reporting of train/team level dependencies, risks and issues.
  • Help align to organisational guardrails
  • Supporting assurance health checks within ARTs/Teams
  • Support reporting for ARTs and teams around goal setting and accomplishments.
  • To gather information which will assist in tracking ART and team progress against key metrics agreed by ART Leadership
  • Support tracking the budget for the ART
  • Support the framework to measure performance versus agreed measures
  • Support cross-ART planning and dependency tracking, including big event activity, including PI planning
  • Provide quality information on ART progress to the SDMO and Lead DMO
