Post-Completion Assistant
to join our friendly and supportive team.
The Role
You will play a key role in the final stages of the residential conveyancing process, ensuring all post-completion matters are handled efficiently and accurately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in property law.
Key Responsibilities
Submitting applications to HM Land Registry and monitoring progress
Dealing with requisitions and responding appropriately within deadlines
Managing and updating internal case management systems
Preparing and submitting SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) returns
Liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure timely completion of post-completion matters
Filing documents and archiving files upon completion
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal support role (essential)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proficiency in using case management systems and Microsoft Office
