We are seeking a Post Installation Manager to take ownership of post-commissioning customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Working with Mypower's Operations Manager, the role will ensure consistent quality across Mypower's Installation teams, subcontractors and product manufacturers. The role will also develop Mypower's Post Installation service into a market-leading Operations and Maintenance (O&M) offering. It will combine hands-on problem solving with the commercial opportunity to establish a new profitable business unit.

Key aspects of the role include responsibility for:

Resolving post-installation technical queries promptly and effectively

Maintaining customer satisfaction scores in line with MCS and internal KPIs

Capturing and providing feedback on recurring issues to drive continuous improvement in Installation and Sales/Project Management processes

Refine and manage the post-installation issue process, ensuring issues are logged, tracked, and closed within agreed SLA timescales

Establish and launch Mypower's O&M service, achieving cost neutral operation within 12 months and profitability within 24 months

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone that wishes to develop their existing commercial solar PV experience (minimum 3+ years). You should have strong technical problem-solving skills, be quality-focused, organised, able to work autonomously and be commercially astute with excellent communication skills.

Previous management or O&M management experience is desirable, as well as a background in construction or electrical engineering (commercial scale), customer service experience and educated to degree level or equivalent.
