The Role:
We are seeking a fully qualified Post Office Supervisor to join our busy and friendly branch. The ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of Post Office operations and capable of leading by example to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the counter and exceptional customer service.

45 hours
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the Post Office team to maintain high standards of service and accuracy
Carry out all Post Office transactions, including mails, banking, travel money, and bill payments
Ensure full compliance with Post Office Ltd procedures, security standards, and cash handling policies
Manage daily balancing, cash reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting
Deliver training and guidance to new and existing team members
Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Assist with scheduling and general branch operations as required
Requirements
Fully qualified on all Post Office sections
(including Mails, Counter, Travel, and Banking services)
Strong supervisory or team leader experience
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Flexible to work shifts within the 7am-7pm rota
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to 12.75 per hour
