Job Description

We're looking for a data-driven and results-focused

PPC Executive

to join our growing paid media team. In this role, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms. You'll work across a diverse client portfolio, helping to deliver measurable impact through smart targeting, compelling ad copy, and continual performance analysis.

Plan, build, and manage paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Assist in the development and execution of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy. Write and test compelling ad copy and creative assets in collaboration with the creative team. Monitor daily campaign performance and proactively suggest optimisations to improve CTR, CPC, and ROAS. Produce clear and insightful performance reports for internal teams and clients. Support A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
Knowledge in the following areas is required:

1-2 years' hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally within an agency environment. Solid understanding of paid search and paid social platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong analytical skills -- confident using Google Analytics, Google Ads reporting, and Data Studio (Looker) dashboards. Proficiency in managing budgets, optimising bids, and working toward CPA, ROAS, or lead-gen KPIs. Experience with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner) and audience targeting strategies. Comfortable working across multiple client accounts and industries in a fast-paced agency environment. Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a strong plus. Excellent communication skills -- able to explain complex data or campaign performance clearly to non-specialists. A genuine interest in digital performance marketing and staying on top of trends.
