Overview
We are seeking a talented and results-driven PPC Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital advertising and a passion for optimising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. As a PPC Executive, you will be responsible for managing pay-per-click campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft and Meta, ensuring that our advertising efforts align with overall marketing strategies. The role has very competitive salary and a performance bonus will be offered.
Responsibilities
Plan, build and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta.
Continuously optimise paid search activity, including bid adjustments, ad copy testing and feed enhancements.
Own day-to-day budget tracking and reporting, informing any anomalies to the wider team.
Conduct keyword, competitor and audience research using a range of tools.
Actively test and implement new account & campaign strategies to improve performance.
Optimise top and poor-performing products across PMAX and other campaign types.
Perform regular account audits to maintain quality standards and identify performance opportunities.
Implement fixes and testing strategies based on audit findings and performance issues.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and clearly communicate campaign insights and updates to ensure strategic alignment.
Monitor, analyse and create KPI reports using tools such as GA4 and Power BI.
Stay up to date with industry news, platform updates and emerging tools to drive continuous innovation.
Develop and refine PPC strategies based on evolving market trends and performance data.
Receive ongoing training and support to develop your PPC knowledge and technical skills.
Report on campaign performance to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Qualifications
Experience in PPC campaign management, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
Strong willing to learn to and develop skillset.
Familiarity with SEO practices and how they integrate with paid advertising efforts.
Proficient in using analytics tools to measure performance (e.g., Google Analytics).
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Golf experience or understanding of the sports industry is beneficial.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
