We're now looking for a

PPC Manager

to lead on strategy, delivery, and performance across our paid media accounts. We need someone who's confident running campaigns and keen to shape how we grow our performance offering.

The role



As PPC Manager, you'll take ownership of paid search and paid social campaigns across a wide range of clients and sectors. You'll be responsible for strategy, performance, reporting, and optimisation with support from the wider creative, content and tech teams. This is a hands-on role with real influence, and a chance to help shape how we grow the performance side of the agency.

What you'll be doing



Leading on the strategy, setup, and optimisation of campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn Managing budgets, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking Working closely with the creative team to guide ad content and visuals Producing clear, concise performance reports and communicating results with clients Contributing to pitch work, proposals, and broader media planning Supporting team growth by mentoring junior team members or freelancers as needed Helping to shape our internal processes, tools, and paid media offering

What we're looking for



3+ years' experience in paid media (agency or in-house) Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and ideally TikTok/YouTube Ads Confident managing accounts across multiple sectors and budgets Strong commercial awareness understanding how PPC supports wider client goals Analytical mindset with a good eye for creative performance Comfortable managing clients, presenting results, and working independently when needed Organised, curious, and up for getting stuck in as part of a collaborative team

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
