Job Description

Night Dental are seeking a new Practice Manager for a small private clinic based on Bromley Street,Birmingham.

Duties include but are not limited to.

Daily running of the practice Keeping compliance up to date General HR Complaints Handling Keeping social media and patient communications up to date Growing the Private business Accounts and Payroll Stock control
Due to the role a back round in healthcare management is essential.

We are looking for a candidate with:

Strong social media knowledge An understanding of business and generating revenue Initiative to work alone Strong leadership skills Enthusiasm and energy Knowledge of launching and pitching( we attend wedding shows and beauty events)
You will also be supported by a Head Nurse, Operations Manager and dedicated Director.

A little about us:

We are a small, friendly, family run Corporate, we currently have 12 practices nationwide and still growing.

We have weekly team meetings in which all mangers are given advice and support.

We are a close team, therefore someone what fits in with our vision and ethos is essential.

Working hours: Full time 35- 40 hours per week.

The Practice is currently open in the night but we look to day daytime sessions soon.

We can be flexible with working hours/days for the right candidate.

Salary: Dependent on experience.
