Practice Manager - Armac Vets, Bury

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team at Armac Vets, a proudly RCVS-accredited, two-site small animal practice based in Bury and Bolton.



Working closely with our Clinical Director and Senior Management Team, you'll play a key role in leading and supporting our teams, helping to shape the continued growth and success of the practice. This is a full-time role encompassing all areas of practice management - from people and operations to finance, stock control, marketing and business development.



You will need to demonstrate proven experience in leadership, business development and motivating a team, ideally within a similar fast-paced or clinical setting. We're looking for someone who can balance operational oversight with a strong people focus, and who thrives on bringing out the best in others.

The Role:

Full-time, 40 hours per week Variable hours between 8.00am and 6.30pm, across both sites Occasional weekend working may be required depending on the needs of the business
