Practice Manager Opportunity - Direct Dental Group (Private Clinics, SW London)

At Direct Dental Group, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care across our high-end, modern private dental practices. As our group continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and driven Practice Manager to lead one of our South West London sites.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the clinic. You'll lead a dedicated clinical and administrative team, uphold the highest standards of compliance, and ensure patients receive a seamless and positive experience.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and confident in managing people, systems, and operations in a dynamic environment. This is a leadership role that offers autonomy, support, and genuine progression within a forward-thinking dental group.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations across the clinic to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient service Line manage and support dental nurses, receptionists, and clinicians Ensure full CQC compliance and adherence to all regulatory and health & safety requirements Oversee clinical rotas, recruitment support, and onboarding new team members Monitor and manage practice performance, including KPIs and monthly reporting Maintain excellent patient communication and resolve any issues with professionalism and care Manage stock control and liaise with suppliers Support group-wide initiatives and contribute to the development of systems and protocols Occasionally assist across other group sites when required
What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in dental management (private setting desirable) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Solid understanding of CQC and clinical governance requirements Confident using digital dental systems (e.g., CareStack, Software of Excellence, etc.) Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities Warm, professional communication style and a patient-first approach Proficiency in managing rotas, finances, and compliance-related documentation Commercially minded with a commitment to service excellence

Schedule & Location

Full-time, permanent(42.5hrs) Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for occasional evenings and two Saturdays per month Hours: 07:45 to 17:15 and Saturdays 09:00-16:00 Based in one of our South West London clinics (Fulham, Wandsworth, or Balham)
