an enthusiastic and highly organised Practice Manager to lead our operations, support our
clinicians and staff, and help us continue to deliver five-star experiences for every patient
who walks through our doors.

Role Summary
The Practice Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring
operational efficiency, compliance with industry standards, and an outstanding patient
journey from start to finish.
This is a varied and rewarding role requiring excellent organisational skills, a people-focused
approach, and the ability to balance clinical, administrative, and marketing responsibilities.
You'll be the key link between the team, clinicians, and patients, ensuring our practice is a
happy and productive place to work and visit.

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, direction, and support to the practice team, creating a positive and motivated working environment.
Manage the practice's daily operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and administrative systems.
Oversee compliance with HIW, GDPR, health and safety, and all relevant legislation and standards.
Monitor and manage practice finances, including budgets, invoicing, and reporting.
Manage stock control and ordering to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
Develop and implement practice policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and service.
Act as the first point of contact for patient feedback and queries, resolving issues professionally and empathetically.
Create engaging, on-brand content for the practice's social media channels to showcase our services and team.
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
Work closely with clinicians to optimise diary management and treatment planning.

Person Specification
Previous experience in dental or healthcare leadership and management roles
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Confident in handling finances, budgets, and operational KPIs.
Proficient in using IT systems and dental practice software.
Knowledge of compliance requirements within healthcare (or willingness to learn).
A calm, solutions-focused approach with a friendly and professional manner.
Comfortable creating and posting content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Full UK driving licence
Experience in a leadership role within in a dental setting
