Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Practice Manager - Sales

to lead and grow our business development efforts within the Frozen food product sector. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth within the practice area. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions while managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue targets Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and client needs within the assigned practice area Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and client presentations Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction Manage and mentor a team of account executives or business development representatives Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics Contribute to product/service innovation based on client feedback and market research Represent the practice at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Requirements:



Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or practice management (5+ years preferred) Strong understanding of frozen food industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)

Preferred:



Experience working in a frozen food industry International experience Familiarity with CRM systems.

Pay: 36,000.00-42,000.00 per year
