This role is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth within the practice area. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions while managing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and client needs within the assigned practice area
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners
Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and client presentations
Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
Manage and mentor a team of account executives or business development representatives
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics
Contribute to product/service innovation based on client feedback and market research
Represent the practice at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or practice management (5+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of frozen food industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines
Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
Preferred:
Experience working in a frozen food industry
International experience
Familiarity with CRM systems.
