We're looking for an experienced
Preparation Chef
to join our fast-paced kitchen team in abusy, high-volume restaurant
located in the heart ofCentral London
.Shift:
Morning shift Tuesday to Saturday Early start, daytime finish - ideal for work-life balance!
What you'll do:
Prepare ingredients for daily service (vegetables, sauces, stocks, etc.) Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety Work efficiently to support the kitchen team ahead of lunch service Keep prep areas organized and well-stocked
What we're looking for:
Previous prep or commis chef experience in a busy kitchen Reliability and strong time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
