Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool manger to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills through play and structured activities.

Responsibilities

Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Manage behaviour effectively, promoting positive interactions among children. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational programme and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the setting. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends. Setting up and packing away the setting Host staff meetings, professional discussions, training sessions Ordering resources

Experience

Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential. A background in early childhood education is highly desirable. Strong management and leadership skills to guide young learners effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in English. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation for outings or events. Previous experience in childcare roles will be an advantage, showcasing your ability to nurture and educate young minds.
