Job Description

We are looking for a happy, positive, motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Outstanding Pre School teaching team who work with children from around 3 to almost 5 years of age.

You will work in a safe, caring, exciting, challenging and stimulating environment, which is appropriate for individual children and enables them all to reach their full potential and teach them to be ready to start school.

You should have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all children in your care at all times. Therefore, a good knowledge and understand of the EYFS, pertaining to this age range is essential.

You will be required to support and enable our children in a range of ways, ie. indoors, outdoors, off site on our regular educational trips.

To deliver our exciting curriculum which supports our children's well-being, and all round health and self-care.

We take pride in working in true partnership with all Parents, to ensure that all children, including those with additional needs are fully supported and integrated into our Nursery and given the best possible experiences.

We observe, assess and plan for children's development. We keep accurate and up to date online records on our app of children's achievements, progression and any developmental concerns, but not in a way that stops you from working with our children.

To support the Team to action and monitor Safeguarding concerns and ensure that appropriate action is taken, advice sought, guidance followed and all records that are kept are of the highest standard, when directed to do so.
