Press Brake Setter / Operator
Job Description
DKM Sheet Metal are a progressive sheet metal company and we have an established sub-contract engineering company since 1979. We are looking at setting up a new facility in South Wales region potentially between the the Rhymey and Newport area. Planned start date Q1 2025.
The candidate must be hardworking, conscientious and have a good attitude in the workplace. For the appropriate individual there will opportunities to train and advance their career.
The job job will be a Mon-Fri Day shift.
Mon- Thurs - 07:30-16:15
Fri 07:30-13:30
Shift will include 1 x 15 minute break and 1 x 30 minute lunch.
The Job:
Day-shift - 39 Hours between Monday & Friday. Mon-Thurs (07:30-16:15) Fri (07:30-13:30) Previous experience operating Amada or Trumpf press-brakes would be beneficial. Latest 3i Amada technology will be available to learn if desirable.
Requirements:
Ability to read engineering drawings. An element of experience in this field of work
