Job Description

We are currently seeking a school cleaner to join our team at a small primary school in Market Weighton. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients, students and customers.

Working Hours are 4pm-6pm Monday to friday

An Enhanced DBS Certificate is required for this position which we can help obtain

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize classrooms, toilets, and other common areas
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and regulations

Skills:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
