Overview

As a Junior you will work within the production environment and responsible for all aspects of the final finishing process as part of the Quality Control, printing, punching out, trimming out, and sequential ordering of cards, and other products. The accurate bundling and packaging to ensure that ordered quantities meet those produced and subsequently despatched. That output continually meets specified quality standards within the agreed timescales. High attention to detail is essential.

Duties

Operate various machines for printing and cutting. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Conduct heavy lifting and movement of materials within the warehouse environment. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance product quality. Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the finishing process.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role within a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred. Experience with heavy lifting and physical labour is required. Familiarity with print production is beneficial. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
