MPM Wristbands is one of the UK's leading manufacturers and distributors of wristbands and lanyards, proudly supplying our customers for over 15 years. We work with some of the biggest brand names in the UK and across the world, providing wristbands and event consumables to major stadiums, charities, brands and clubs. The Role

You will be working alongside some of the most recognisable brands in the UK and internationally, supporting the production, distribution and supply of not only their wristbands and lanyards, but also a significant portion of their marketing materials. Confidentiality is essential and a high level of professionalism is required at all times.

A typical day will involve printing and producing a variety of products at our solar-powered production facility. You will assist with the maintenance and installation of our plant and machinery whilst helping to maintain our studio spaces to ensure the facility remains clean, tidy and consistently operating to a high standard.

We're a friendly team -- There's always a mix of music playing, regular takeaways ordered and you can usually find one of the office dogs relaxing on the sofa.

Key Skills & Experience

Experience in manufacturing Experience with a variety of print processes Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly, politely and professionally via email, phone and in person Ability to multitask effectively Comfortable working to strict deadlines A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle Confidence in your abilities and personal goals Willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done Consistently high level of professionalism A desire for continuous learning and development A positive and proactive mindset You must be dog friendly as there are always dogs at the office.

Desirable Skills & Experience (Not Essential)

Experience in graphic design or an interest in learning Experience with general maintenance and use of tools

The recruitment process will run for approximately three weeks, with interviews carried out in stages. You may be asked preliminary questions before your interview and you may be invited to attend two interviews and a video call.
