We are a friendly, well-established firm of Solicitors in Hampton Wick looking for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to joint an existing and growing Private Client Department, to assist the current dedicated team.
- Experience in current Practice essential
- Able to hit the ground running to support Solicitor through all stages of Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, including inputting data on to case management system with a view to becoming a fee earner
- Must be local/within easy journey of Hampton Wick/Kingston Upon Thames
- Salary negotiable according to experience
- Monday to Friday - 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
- Immediate start available
Required skills include:-
- Minimum of 5 years current experience in Probate/Private Client work. Candidates who do not meet the minimum years' experience will not be considered.
- Knowledge of current Probate process and familiarity with Inheritance Tax forms a necessity
- Experience in working with Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- IT literate having used a case management system and knowledge of Isokon software desirable
- Attention to detail and ability to handle own caseload
- Ability to converse with and correspond with wide cross section of clients
- Strong organisational capabilities
- A team player with drive and a sound work ethic
- Excellent written English and spelling and fast accurate typing

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
