Job Summary



Super Family Nanny / Housekeeper Role

We are delighted to be recruiting for a super family based in the beautiful village of Seckington, North Warwickshire (B79), ideally located near Twycross.

The family have one little girl aged 7. Their much-loved nanny, who has been with them for five years, is sadly moving on, so they are now looking for a nanny / housekeeper to become a valued part of their family.

Start date: January 2026 (yes, really! Can't believe we are nearly at the end of 2025!)

Term Time Hours:

Monday to Friday, 1.30pm - 5.30pm

Duties include school pick-ups, homework support, light household duties such as washing, changing beds, a little cooking and shopping.

School Holidays:

Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.30pm

Plenty of fun activities, days out and quality time together.

Salary:

Depending on age and experience, 18 per hour averaged over the year

27,135 per annum 521.82 per week

The family are very happy to spread the salary evenly across the year.

Driver required

They are looking for someone calm, kind, reliable, who will truly fit into the family, enjoy planning activities during the holidays and build a long-term relationship.

Responsibilities



Supervise and care for children in a safe, nurturing manner Organise and participate in age-appropriate activities, including educational games and outings Prepare meals and snacks suitable for children's dietary needs Assist with homework and teaching activities to support learning Drive children to school, appointments, or activities as required Maintain a clean and organised play area and children's belongings Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns Ensure children follow household rules and routines

Requirements



Proven experience in childcare, nannying, or babysitting roles Valid driving licence with a clean driving record Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Compassionate, patient, and attentive nature with a genuine love for working with children Ability to engage children through creative play and educational activities Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 16.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 48 per week

Work Location: In person
