We are a family of 4 soon to be 5. We have a son, Ezra, 5 and a daughter Iris, 3 and a baby girl due March/ April 2026. Ezra is a typical 5 year old boy who attends local school, he loves football and his iPad. Iris' needs are more complex as she has quadriplegic cerebral palsy, Iris is none mobile and none verbal but has a happy and bubbly personality, she attends numerous therapies throughout the week as well as attending nursery between 12:30 and 3:30 on weekdays. Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nanny to join our team in Warrington. This role is vital in supporting families by providing attentive childcare, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Your contribution will help uphold our company's values of care and responsibility.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive childcare and supervision for children. Provide care for all children but predominantly Iris initially Peg feeding (we can provide training for this) Helping with Iris' home physio programme and therapies Taking children to school/ nursery Engage children with educational and recreational activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's needs. Maintain a clean and organised environment. Support children's development through nurturing interactions. Adapt to the specific needs of the family Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Helping around the house when children are at school/ nursery with various tasks, i.e. cooking/ laundry

Qualifications

Proven experience in nannying or childcare roles. Excellent communication skills Valid driving license Patient, caring, and responsible attitude. Ability to adapt to different family routines. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.
