P&K Lacey (Southampton) Ltd is a family-run business specialising in high-quality windows, doors, and conservatories. We pride ourselves on precision, reliability, and exceptional service.

The Role:


We're looking for a detail-oriented Window Processor to join our team. This is a desk-based role where you'll process new jobs on our systems, prepare accurate specifications for suppliers, and support our workshop team. Initially focused on u-PVC and glass, you'll have the chance to learn Aluminium processing too.

What You'll Do:



Enter and process window and door orders accurately. Prepare detailed specifications for suppliers. Liaise with workshop teams to ensure jobs are ready for production. Keep accurate records and flag any issues. Support colleagues with admin tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:



Organised, detail-focused, and reliable. Comfortable working on a PC and managing data. Good communication skills written and oral. Must like to talk on the phone. Experience in admin, production, or manufacturing is a plus. Eager to learn and develop into Aluminium window processing.
