We are seeking a Procurement Executive to join our newly formed Procurement area within Admiral Law.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and growing team and be involved in the evolution of procurement and supplier management in Admiral Law. The Procurement Executive will play a critical role in building the procurement foundations and ensuring our supply chain is being managed effectively, ensuring Admiral Law are achieving the best value for money, whilst delivering a high quality service to our clients.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and well organised. You should have good communication skills, be familiar with all Microsoft packages and have excellent time management.
The role provides a unique and exciting opportunity for those seeking to advance in their career within procurement or a support area.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Management Own and manage the relationship to assigned suppliers and be a point of reference to the supply chain for day-to-day queries. Attend supplier meetings inline with the Group Procurement & Outsourcing Policy to ensure the supply chain is managed effectively.
Contract Management Help identify Admiral Laws supply chain and any contracts held. Create accurate and up to date records in Atamis and ensure maintenance and upkeep moving forward. Support in negotiation and renegotiating of commercial terms with suppliers. Assist in reviewing and forming contractual agreements with the supply chain.
Stakeholder Management Be point of contact for Admiral Law and any key stakeholders from a Procurement perspective. Ensure key stakeholders are informed of and changes or updates to procurement and the supply chain.
Tender Management Assist with formal market tests, preparation of any tender documentations and complete analysis and market research where required.
Project Management Assist in the project management of procurement activities from concept to implementation.
Due Diligence Take an active role in the Admiral Law due diligence process ensuring our supply chain experience a seamless journey from end to end.
Risk Management Identify, manage and mitigate risks where appropriate.
Governance Adherence Help build the foundation of a new Procurement area. Supporting any regulatory requirements and projects. Adherence to any policies, procedures and reporting requirements.
