We are looking for someone who is used to working in an office environment and able to support our team with customer services, product listing and other admin based duties. Full training will be given with all aspects of the role.
Typically, this role will involve:
Assisting with administrative tasks and office duties
Maintaining and assisting with customer service, including phone calls and emails
Helping customers to resolve problems and place orders via the phone, email and our online portals
Helping to produce high quality product listings with technically accurate and concise information across all ecommerce platforms.
Updating product listings and webpages.
Flexibility to help in various areas of our small but growing business.
Essential Skills
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment and previous admin experience
Excellent online/telephone customer service manner
Analytical and thorough working standards
Self-driven and time-conscious qualities
Good experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
Good level of organisational skills & the ability to manage multiple tasks, but with a strong attention to detail
Flexibility to do different tasks in a very varied role.
Desirable Skills
Any experience of eBay, Etsy, Amazon and other platforms
Eagerness to learn and develop skills across e-commerce platforms
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Strong computer skills
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good level of literacy
Efficient with good time management (able to organise & prioritise tasks/jobs)
