How you will make a difference.....



Be responsible for maintaining and updating essential product data including but not limited to, product specifications, pricing, SKUs, and launch details across internal systems.

Ensuring product catalogues, PIM platforms, and databases are accurate and consistently maintained.

Preparing and distributing reports for the team on product performance, stock levels, and adoption metrics to support decision-making.

Facilitating and coordinating the product critical path, ensuring timely progression through development stages and task handovers.

Coordinating product development workflows including briefs, sample tracking, approvals, and change logs.

Supporting compliance activities by managing documentation, testing certifications, and technical records.

Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Assisting in product launch readiness by verifying packaging details, artwork, and system setup.

Preparing commercial materials such as price lists, product sheets, and presentations, and assist with competitor benchmarking and forecasting.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Effective communication and stakeholder coordination

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/PIM systems

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
