The Role: What You'll Be Doing
Operational Leadership:
Manage the end-to-end process, planning to dispatch, ensuring production schedules are met withOn-Time, In-Full (OTIF)
performance.Continuous Improvement:
ImplementLean Manufacturing
principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) to systematically eliminate waste, reduce scrap rates, and boost overall factory productivity.Team Management:
Recruit, motivate, and develop a team, managing performance and fostering a positive, results-driven culture.Cost Control:
Monitor and manage the production budget, actively seeking ways to reduce manufacturing costs without compromising quality.About You: Key Requirements
5+ years
of dedicated management experience ideally within theuPVC Window & Door
manufacturing sector. Strong technical understanding of uPVC profile systems and fabrication machinery (saws, welders, etc.). Demonstrable experience implementing process improvements (Lean, Six Sigma principles).The Offer
Salary:
45,000 - 50,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)Job Type: Full-time
