The Role

We are looking for a

Production Manager

to join our team in Bridge of Allan. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

? Oversee site production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.

? Manage production planning, safety, quality control, customer service, and cost management.

? Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

? Maintain a site that is always operational and audit-ready.

? Work closely with the management team to align with business and customer needs.

? Support innovation, implementing effective production processes.

? Foster a proactive and high-performance team culture.

? Lead and develop the production team, ensuring training and safety.

? Uphold company values, including ethics, integrity, and sustainability.

? Provide weekend cover on a rotational basis.

? Act as Deputy for the Operations Manager when needed.

What We're Looking For

? Experience in

FMCG

(food manufacturing preferred).

? Relevant food qualifications (BSc, HACCP, Food Hygiene Intermediate) are a plus.

? Strong background in health and safety management.

? Proven ability to meet operational, quality, and cost targets.

? Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

? Strong attention to detail.
