We focus on energy efficiency and environmentally friendly practices while delivering exceptional products for high performance data centres, the poultry industry and commercial cooling infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency and quality in line with department KPI's.

Ensure that factory environment, health and safety standards are achieved and maintained in line with internal and regulatory requirements, including regular updating of risk assessments and hazard reporting.

Develop and implement production schedules and processes to meet demand.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, making recommendations where necessary, adopting a continuous improvement approach using Lean manufacturing methods

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely supply of materials for production.

Collaborate on staffing needs and workforce planning with Operations Manager and HR.

Manage the recruitment process for production staff and develop effective relationships with third party staffing agencies.

Train and develop the production staff to increase flexibility and deepen knowledge and skills.

Manage and review employee performance in line with department/individual KPI's and internal process requirements.

Lead, mentor and motivate the production team through effective communication and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in production management or similar roles.

- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to understand engineering drawings

- A passion for continuous improvement essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
