The Role

Fortem Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join our Stonewater Housing Group. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of the Repairs & Maintenance Supervisors, reporting into the Senior Operations Manager

The Client

Our contract with Stonewater is long term with the option to extend the partnership again. On our contract we cover over 7,500 houses in 4 different areas of the South-West, from Taunton and Yeovil, over to Bristol and Swindon and down to Salisbury and Bournemouth. We currently deliver Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Capital Works and an Electrical Service program. We pride ourselves on our great customer service and our senior leadership team has years of experience within this sector which can help you develop your learning and knowledge base.

Duties & Responsibilities

Production Manager responsibilities include: o The management of supply chain partners, trades, service control, resource planning and programme management to achieve agreed KPI's, customer agreement, quality and cost value to ensure continuous improvements o Recruit, motivate and retain the best staff and partners o Maintain high level of control of all assets including vehicle fleet, hired and owned plant and look at methods of improving these when required o You will develop excellent relationships with internal teams and client representatives, supporting the branch in achieving agreed departmental budget o Productivity and performance of delivered work in line with operational and commercial targets

What You Will Need

Essential: o High level of communication skills verbal and written o Operational experience working on planned and programmed works o Experience with writing reports o Experience directly working in customers' homes o Experience working within a social housing setting o High level of HSEC experience including specific electrical compliance knowledge o Full UK driving licence
