Job Description

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08.00 am to 5.00 pm (40 hours per week)

Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 (DOE)

Location: Donington Lincolnshire, PE11 4TA

Main Purpose

You'll lead day-to-day production in our manufacturing facility, ensuring we deliver high-quality timber windows and doors safely, efficiently, and on time. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing operational delivery with continuous improvement and team development.

Essential Requirements

Proven production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Strong people leadership: coaching, standards, performance management Confident using data to manage performance A practical, structured approach to problem solving

Desirable Requirements

Lean / CI methods (formal qualification a plus) Experience in timber/joinery/high-quality manufacture Experience improving maintenance routines, SOPs, and training systems
