It's not just production. It's craft, quality and putting farm-grown magic into a bottle!
You're regularly smashing targets, motivating your team and delivering improvements to the operation, but now you've hit a wall.
Perhaps you're ready to take on responsibility outside of your remit.
Become the Production Manager with the UK's leading farm-based distillery and take on more than just the day-to-day production.
This isn't just another Production Manager role and it's certainly not just another business.
This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll guide a talented team, shape the way production runs and bring structure to a fast growing, premium drinks business.
Meet Warner's Distillery!
Growing faster than their farm-grown botanicals, they are on a mission to save the world from mediocre drinks with a vision to become the world's leading nature-driven drinks business.
Family owned and founded by husband-and-wife team Tom and Tina Warner, they have transformed their Northamptonshire farm into one of the most innovative forces in the spirits industry.
From creating the world's first rhubarb gin to pioneering sustainability in craft distilling, they lead with authenticity, passion and great tasting drinks!
So aside from making a positive mark on the global drinks industry, there's a host of reasons why now is the time to join!
From day one, you'll have the space and autonomy to make a real impact. You'll be leading a hands-on operation with the freedom to drive improvements and shape the production environment around you.
Because the structure is lean, you won't be stuck in a single lane. You'll be involved in everything from production to technical, warehouse and planning, giving you broad exposure across the business.
As the business continues to grow, this role naturally opens the door to future progression, with a route toward Operations Manager for someone who wants to take that next step.
What You'll Need
You'll already have experience leading a production team, whether as a Shift Manager or Production Manager. Managing agency labour whilst ensuring quality and safety are a priority in order to meet customer requirements.
You'll have worked within a food or drink manufacturing environment, with alcohol or bottling experience being a real advantage.
You'll either hold an IOSH qualification or be willing to complete it, and you'll know how to deliver and embed efficiency improvements in a hands-on setting.
You'll need to be flexible, confident working across different areas of the operation, and be able to thrive in a role that gives you genuine ownership.
