Summary
We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at our facility in Leicester. This role is vital in ensuring our production processes align with our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
To oversee and manage a small shopfloor team of 20 Lead and manage production to deliver efficient and high quality production in a fast paced environment. Hands on leadership across a busy shopfloor. Liaise closely with management to implement production schedules and meet delivery deadlines. Proven leadership and team management in a manufacturing environment. Experience in POS, knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
