The candidate must have automotive experience in the performance/supercar sector and have shop floor senior managerial experience and used to dealing and managing staff on daily basis.
We are a high-end hand built and bespoke automotive performance/supercar manufacture based in Leicestershire. We are looking for someone who understands automotive manufacturing processes and has a passion for cars. This is a "hands-on" position not purely office based although a certain amount of administration work will be a requirement.
The candidate must have both electrical and mechanical experience in the automotive sector. Knowledge of HR, Health and Safety and able to read CAD is also beneficial.
Whilst age is not an issue experience is.

Responsibilities
Manage daily production activities to meet organisational targets and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimise manufacturing processes and improve overall efficiency.
Utilise SAP and other ERP systems to plan, monitor, and control production schedules and inventory levels.
Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity, reducing waste, and enhancing product quality.
Oversee supply chain logistics to ensure timely procurement of materials and delivery of finished goods.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production cycle.
Provide technical guidance on mechanical systems, assembly processes, and equipment maintenance.
Analyse production data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and develop strategic solutions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team development, training, and innovation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all manufacturing activities.
Experience
Staff Management and improvement
Hands-on working on the build process
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
Experience overseeing quality control procedures within a fast-paced production setting.
Familiarity with assembly operations and technical documentation is highly desirable.
