Plan and organise production activities to meet project objectives, timelines and budgets.
Translate creative plans into practical schedules and operational workflows for events, media campaigns or productions.
Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to execute projects effectively.
Manage resources and logistics, ensuring all elements of production are in place on time, including equipment, personnel, materials and documentation.
Monitor production progress, proactively identify risks or issues, and implement timely solutions.
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
Lead team and communicate clearly across departments to maintain alignment and quality.
Qualifications
Proven experience in production management within creative sectors.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
