M? t?nei t?ranga | About the Opportunity



We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Site Administrator & SAP Super User to join our NZAgbiz team. This pivotal role provides full administrative support to our manufacturing and storage sites, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
As the SAP super user for both sites, you'll play a critical part in managing stock movements, production data, and site administration. From coordinating transport and logistics to maintaining accurate SAP records and supporting Health & Safety compliance, you'll be the go-to person for operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:Managing stock and expense processes, including raising and receipting purchase orders in SAP. Coordinating transport and logistics for inwards and outwards goods. Maintaining accurate production and blending data in SAP and investigating variances. Leading regular stock takes and supporting audit requirements. Acting as the first point of contact for site visitors and ensuring a professional site environment.

You're a proactive problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:Proven experience in administration and SAP systems (super user level preferred). Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and production processes. A commitment to Health & Safety and maintaining high standards onsite. A collaborative mindset and willingness to assist across all levels of the site
