As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive Production Supervisor to join out dynamic Operations Team.

The Role:

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that daily manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will be responsible for leading a team of production operatives, maintaining high standards of product quality, and driving continuous improvement across all areas of the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate department daily operations on the production floor Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training where needed Ensure adherence to company quality, safety, and hygiene standards (BRC, HACCP, etc.) Liaise with the production manager and department supervisors, planning, quality, and maintenance teams to prevent downtime and ensure all orders are met Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions Maintain accurate production records and reports

Proven experience within a manufacturing environment in a leadership role (food or beverage preferred)

Strong leadership and people management skills

Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

Effective communication and organisational skills

IT literate

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
