Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Linecross Composites. In this role, you will oversee production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Your leadership will be crucial in driving our continuous growth and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Manage a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to achieve production goals. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment. Conduct training sessions for new staff on equipment operation and safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments to align production schedules with customer demands.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Strong using hand and power tools. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Good organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
