We're seeking a hands-on

Production Supervisor

to lead our production team and ensure seamless machine set-ups and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets. Perform and oversee machine set-ups, adjustments, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures. Train and mentor production staff on equipment operation and standard procedures. Monitor production schedules, materials, and workflow for maximum efficiency. Maintain accurate production records and report performance metrics. Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a process or manufacturing environment. Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in machine set-up and operation. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Flexibility to respond to production needs as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Vocational training within a technical discipline in manufacturing, engineering, or related field. ERP or production management software experience.
