About Roach Bros:
Roach Bros is a family owned business specialising in Smoked Mackerel. The company was established in 1860 and has a long history working in the seafood industry.
We are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to work Monday to Friday 13:30-21:30 at our factory in Hull.
Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the successful candidate will lead the production and department teams to ensure we efficiently achieve targets and maintain our high standards.
Ideal Candidates should have:
Great people management skills Experience working in a food manufacturing environment Desire and self-motivation to lead by example and motivate others around you The ability to problem-solve and take action Basic knowledge of food manufacturing machinery
What you'll be doing:
Leading the production operations on shift Motivating the teams to meet the production targets Ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our products are maintained Work closely with the team to implement improvements to our processes Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with Health & Safety and Company Policies Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays (where required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 17.33 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Overtime
